Hi Friends!

It works better for more to hold the class on Saturday October 16th at noon. So we will go ahead and change the date!

I will be holding a family herbal care workshop on Saturday, October 16th at 12 PM in Spanish Fork. Space is limited to 12 attendees. Please reach out to me through my contact page if you are interested in joining. Cost is $60 per person.  Class will go for 2 – 3 hours. We will discuss general illness issues that affect our families, my favorite natural supplements, as well as my protocol we used when our family had covid last winter. We will not go over first-aid treatments as that is a different class.

I will be serving a homemade nutritious lunch, nourishing herbal drinks and herbal treats with recipes. It’s a great way to get herbs into kids!
We will discuss and make herbal medicine, including using herbs you may already have in your kitchen or garden.
Here are the herbal medicines you will learn to make and take home!

Fever Tea Bag
Oxymel ( herbal vinegar)
Herbal Cough Syrup
Cough and Congestion Balm
Glycerite or Tincture (your choice)
Natural Hand Sanitizer

No refunds will be given after October 8th. All funds go to materials for the workshop. If we can find a replacement for your spot then I can issue a refund. If you reach out to me and don’t see a response within a few hours, check your junk folder.
